What is PulsePay?

PulsePay is a revolutionary biometric payment app that allows you to send and receive money using just your fingerprint and PIN, even from someone else's registered device.

How secure is my biometric data?

Your fingerprint is never stored as an image. We only store irreversible cryptographic hashes using SHA-256/Argon2 algorithms, making it impossible to recreate your actual fingerprint from our data.

Can I use PulsePay on any device?

Yes! Once you're registered, you can make payments from any PulsePay-enabled device using your fingerprint and PIN. This is perfect for emergency situations when you don't have your phone.

What if my fingerprint doesn't work?

You can register multiple fingerprints during setup. If biometric authentication fails, you can use alternative verification methods or contact customer support for assistance.

Are there transaction limits?

Yes, we have daily and monthly transaction limits for security purposes. These limits can be increased based on your account verification level and usage history.

How do I add money to my wallet?

You can add money to your PulsePay wallet using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or bank transfer. All funding methods are secure and encrypted.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your account is protected by biometric authentication, so losing your phone doesn't compromise your wallet. You can still access your account from other registered devices or contact support to secure your account.

Are there any fees?

Basic P2P transactions are free. Merchant payments and certain premium features may have minimal fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
